I owe all of my dog’s success to our trainer Danielle! I brought Obi to Danielle with the problems of leash pulling, barking at anything (dogs, people running, people on bikes, motorcycles.etc.). Danielle reassured me that he could be trained as I feared he couldn’t. Danielle explained everything to me and always sent daily updates of what they worked on (even photos/videos)! Although I was away from him, I knew he was always in good hands. I was in awe with everywhere she took him and the skills he was doing (I kept saying that’s not my dog). When it came to pick-up Danielle explained all of the commands and how to use the e-collar very well. We practiced these commands and my dog Obi was a NEW dog. I was almost in tears as to how well he walked and listened. 2 weeks later and I can still say Danielle is the best there is. I can walk him and he stays right next to me and is never pulling me. I can walk past people and bikes can go by and he doesn’t react. I am beyond grateful for everything Danielle did for my boy Obi! Tanya and Nathalie’s communication was exceptional from start to finish. They provided us with daily updates, sharing detailed insights into Blue’s training sessions and progress. Their dedication and commitment were remarkable as they worked with Blue on several challenges, including her fear and anxiety, barking at people, pulling on the leash, and jumping on others.
What else sets Tanya and Nathalie apart is their genuine love and passion for dogs—and for Blue in particular. We boarded Blue with Tanya over the Christmas period, and she was so thoughtful with buying her gifts and toys for Blue. The communication was outstanding throughout. Tanya and Nathalie sent us countless photos, videos, and updates, which gave us complete peace of mind and reassured us that Blue was in the best hands.
In just three weeks, Blue underwent a dramatic transformation and is now the best version of herself—all thanks to Tanya and Nathalie. They also exposed Blue to a variety of situations, environments, and methods to build her confidence, as well as spending time with their own dogs. It was clear that Blue was not only learning but also having fun and feeling loved.
What truly stands out is their thoughtful, educational approach. Tanya and Nathalie took the time to thoroughly explain their training methods, both in written updates and during the handoff, ensuring my husband and I felt confident and informed about continuing Blue’s progress at home.
