What made this experience different wasn’t just the results (which were excellent), it was the communication and care. Every day I received multiple high-quality photos and videos, plus instructional videos for me so I understood exactly what Willow was learning and how to keep it consistent at home. Greg also gave clear daily updates on how she was doing, what they worked on, and what progress looked like.
One important detail: Willow is a shelter dog and she didn’t have the best start in life. She came with some fear and trauma from her past, and confidence has been a big part of her journey. Greg didn’t just “train commands”, he helped Willow build confidence, and it’s been amazing to see the change. She’s noticeably happier, more secure, and you can tell she feels safe.
Most importantly, you can tell Greg genuinely cares about dogs. Seeing how patient and affectionate he was with Willow made it so much easier being away from her for two weeks. The training was superb, but the way he treated my dog is what really earned my trust.

From the very beginning, Anna was patient, knowledgeable, and so understanding. She took the time to really evaluate what was going on between our dogs and gave us clear, realistic steps to follow. Omg this place Saved my mind ! I was crying when I called them and spoke with Rebecca.. She calmed me and I actually felt that she understood my position. I am 62 yrs old and was waking up with my puppy 3 & 4 times during the Night! talk about Nervous system Shutdown.. Off leash placed me with Chelsea who worked a miracle with my Dali.. They actually take the puppy to there house and expose them to children… Read more

Remi came back no longer pulling on the leash (which was a huge issue before), her recall is solid every single time we call her- even a year later, and now we can take her out in public and truly have the best time with her.
