All three of my dogs have been trained through Off Leash K9 Austin. Nathanael was awesome to work with, and took the time to do a great handoff with us so we could feel confident transitioning the skills they learned back into our home environment. We had a wonderful experience with our trainer Jake. our 7-year-old rescue Chihuahua mix Prince had several quirky behaviors including not coming when called and some resource guarding issues. He also was not a great leash walker. He did the 2-week boarding program with Jake and came back a new dog! He now sits, goes to his place, comes when called, has not more resource guaring issues and walks on the leash in a heel where he also sits immediately… Read more

He did the 2-week boarding program with Jake and came back a new dog! He now sits, goes to his place, comes when called, has not more resource guaring issues and walks on the leash in a heel where he also sits immediately when we stop.
But most importantly, we watched Prince's behavior around Jake and noted that he voluntarily went up to him and wagged his tail around him, showing that he was well cared for. Jake also noted the importance of putting the dog's needs above forcing training. I was so impressed by how he understood Prince's capacity for training (it can be exhausting) and even taught us how to recognize when it was time for a break. Including reminding us to always end the session with a "win".
We are so thrilled with our experience. Jake seems born to be a dog trainer. We have a puppy coming soon and cannot wait to work with him again! Read less

Our 5mo Rottweiler went to Off Leash K9 Training after his size and playfulness got the best of all of us! After two weeks, our guy came home with a list of commands that help us have a happy relationship at home! Geoff and Casey (our training team) had great updates daily, including great videos each day. We’re so grateful to the peace and tools that was brought to all of us, especially our sweet puppy!

They worked so well with our dog and treated him like part of their family! It was so nice to see his progress through the daily report cards and stay in communication with our trainer throughout this process. Would definitely recommend you go here for all your boarding and training needs!
