We sent our 17 month old Golden Retriever, Blue, with Lauren for a two week "summer camp". He was a typical Golden for that age - loving, full of energy, playful but aggressive body slam "hellos" to strangers, loved to play keep away, pulled hard on leash walks, etc. When Blue came home from summer camp, it was an unbelievable change. When Blue came home from summer camp, it was an unbelievable change. I don't have enough words to describe how game changing Blues transformation was. Incredible! I take walks twice a day without a leash! This includes going to the park where other dogs are playing, kids are playing, etc.
Blue recalls, stays by me, plays fetch and when I need him to stay in one place I say "Place" and he lays down and stays till I say "Break". I am in awe. I flex everyday I'm with Blue. He is amazing. I can't say enough about the training Lauren did and how she coached us.
It was the best money I've ever spent.
If anyone is getting a dog or has a dog (young or older) this is money well spent! A lifetime of spending time with your dog that listens to you! Nothing better! We were going to get a fence or an electric fence - no need - Blue listens.
Once he was hauling ass after some deer and I recalled him. He did a u-turn and hauled ass directly back to me, sat down and looked at me in my eyes. IT WAS AMAZING.

I couldn't be more impressed with this program! We enrolled our seven year old male and our seven month female, and the experience exceeded every expectation. Lauren was incredibly thorough, communicated with us throughout the process, and the daily updates were fantastic. Our dogs came back, happy, confident, and with wonderful new skills. I found them through a Google Search without a personal recommendation, so let me be yours… This is an outstanding program, and I highly recommend it!

lauren did amazing work with Santos ! 1.7 yr old mini doodle. I can now take him out with me more often without stressing because he wont behave. Lauren was super attentive with santos and helped him build confidence 😊. During Santos 2 week stay i received so many fotos of the progress he was doing ! Lauren was incredible with our 3.5 year old Golden Retriever, Rory! We did the hybrid program where we got to have 4 in-person sessions prior to the board and train which was so helpful in allowing all of us to get to know Lauren. We were so nervous to send Rory away for 2 weeks, but Lauren made us feel so at ease that she was in good hands. Our favorite part was getting detailed report cards each night that… Read more

Prior to training, Rory was almost impossible to walk as she constantly pulled at other dogs, people and cars. We now look forward to our walks with Rory and even feel comfortable taking her out in public. She now comes when she is called, and enjoys working on commands. Not only did Rory learn a lot, but we did, too!
The training was the best money we ever spent and we would do it again if we ever get another dog. We can’t recommend Lauren and Off Leash K9 Training enough! Read less
