What I appreciated most is that she took the time to show me how to communicate with Ted in a way he actually understands, including helping him get more comfortable in the car which used to be stressful for both of us.

I was considering putting her up for adoption because I felt like I was at a dead end. Obviously, I absolutely did not want to do that so I did my research on board and train programs. When talking with her about the process, she reassured me on the details of how it would work and put me at ease leaving my dog in her hands. It was definitely scary at first, but it really has changed my life and my dog, Delaney’s after all said and done. Delaney is a 2.5 year old Shepherd mix and she had a serious confidence issue. She did not know how to react to a stranger or other dogs on walks even if they were 200m down the road. Having people over was out of the question as well. But through it all Jackie and I spend hours on hours talking back and forth on her progress and situation. After a month of constant work, and work on my end too, Delaney has a new found confidence that I never though she would have. She can now walk OFF LEASH, and doesn’t bat an eye when seeing or interacting with other dogs and people. She walks with confidence now and is a much happier dog because of it. When Jackie says she’s passionate about all the dogs she trains she really means it.
