We were back and forth about sending him, but when we had to go out of town and needed a place for Linus, we figured we might as well have him trained while we were gone. Before we brought our 6 month old Great Dane to Offleash, our house was chaos! We couldn’t relax or even enjoy him because he was so out of control. Trey was very patient and answered all of our questions on multiple occasions before the board and train. Sandy sent us updates with videos and photos every day so we could see the progress and how our pup was doing. We were very nervous about sending our 7-month-old female golden retriever to a program we have not used before. You hear a lot of the worst things that can happen, and we were concerned that maybe she wouldn’t be the same goofy self, or the e-collar would be traumatizing for her. Our golden did remarkably well during this program. Sandy helped her become more confident and teach us how to continue to build her confidence at home. Our girl loves the e-collar and is very eager to please. She loves the training sessions. She is still her goofy self and better off than before the board and train. If you have any reservations about sending your dog to a board and train program, I would recommend to only send your dog here.
The entire staff and owners are extremely knowledgeable and know how dogs learn and work. Their method for the e-collar is unlike many, and it works! We have noticed a remarkable difference in our dog. Every day we continue to work on the things our dog did while in board and train. The take home session was very informative, and they answered all questions. They have continued support throughout the dogs lifetime which is just stellar customer service. Cannot rave enough about this place. Will only be using off leash in the future for our dogs! Read less
